format, regardless of the format stored in the database.
The Google maps-integration brings up the city map by one click.
Remote Agent Client
runs hidden on your office PC and collects contact
data from MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Excel, SQL, LDAP,... for beeing available
later on the browser. Of course each client can determine what data are
allowed to be collected.
Instead of Remote Agent Client you might use the rich full telephony client
PolyPhone
