PolyPhone
PolyPhone is a full telephony client for Remote Agent Server. PolyPhone supports SIP with audio and video
capabilities and integrates your enterprise databases
into the telephony system.
Additionally PolyPhone can also run on PBX-systems
providing the common telephony standards TSAPI or TAPI. This fact makes
PolyPhone very flexible and allows an operation on almost any PBX-system.
PolyPhone runs on the Remote Agent Server platform and does not require extra
licenses.
